When planning, it is not only important to provide sufficient insulation in the outer shell, but also to install the construction elements correctly, to orientate the house on the property, the architectural design and the selection of a suitable heating and ventilation system.

When building, numerous natural laws, the properties of the embedded materials and good design must be taken into account. In addition, thermal bridges must be prevented and airtightness guaranteed through particularly good design.
FIRE SAFETY AND SOUND INSULATION
Stone wool is a very good non-flammable and soundproofing material and therefore guarantees true protection against fire and noise. It is used in all of our construction systems except the Natura system.
EARTHQUAKE SAFETY
The support structure is provided with support plates on both sides, which significantly improves the earthquake stability of the structure. If the house is well planned, you do not need any additional reinforcements in the construction that cause thermal bridges.
AIR TIGHTNESS OF THE HOUSE
With the help of the airtightness of the house, we prevent losses through natural ventilation, we enable optimal forced ventilation with the release of the heat of the exhaust air and we prevent moisture from penetrating into the outer shell of the house.
